Just spoke with Assurion and I will be getting the TP 2 on Monday. Initially they tried to offer Me a Curve. I stayed calm and said that was a problem. The rep agreed and even stated that would be downgrading. She then asked if I would like the Snap to which I said no thanks because of no touchscreen or wifi. She replied well let me see if I can find something more comparable. She came back and asked if I would like the TP2. I said what's that, like i didnt know! Long story short it'll be here by Monday! All of this took less than 10 mins and it'll be billed to next months bill. Who says sprint sucks, not me. My phone was dropped in the rain at a football game last night, so water damage was evident.

Called back and spoke to different rep. He was very nice. Told him the other options just would not work for me and asked for all options again. He mentioned all and brought up TP2. Put me on hold for 2 or 3 minutes and came back stating I was in luck. Will be receiving my TP2 on Monday.

I had to speak to a supervisor because the 1st rep said that the tp2 was an "upgrade" and that they were not allowed to do "upgrades". I told the supervisor that I needed the slide-out keyboard because I have big hands, he then offered me the tp2
 I will be getting it on Monday or Tuesday.
