Just spoke with Assurion and I will be getting the TP 2 on Monday. Initially they tried to offer Me a Curve. I stayed calm and said that was a problem. The rep agreed and even stated that would be downgrading. She then asked if I would like the Snap to which I said no thanks because of no touchscreen or wifi. She replied well let me see if I can find something more comparable. She came back and asked if I would like the TP2. I said what's that, like i didnt know! Long story short it'll be here by Monday! All of this took less than 10 mins and it'll be billed to next months bill. Who says sprint sucks, not me. My phone was dropped in the rain at a football game last night, so water damage was evident.
