It shouldnt be a refurb... it really hasnt been out long enough for refurbs. Could be a phone that was returned or a reconditioned. Heck it could be new without the box who knows. when you get it do the ##778# and find out.

Well honestly, I really dont care if it's a refurb or not, I just want it to come in the original box with al lthe accessories. I know refurbs only come with the phone and the charger. No manuals, nothing else.

Yea it doesnt sound like its going to be NIB BUT... my shipping weight started at 1lb like i said before and now is 2lb so it could change.

Wow I really hope it is not a refurbished. The rep said I would get a Touch Pro 2 and a charger and a box to return my Touch Pro so it sounded to me it would be refurbished. I asked him if it would be a Refurbished Touch Pro 2 and he said there was no way to tell, that you get what the Inventorty sends you. Checked my package on UPS and says its .90, I guess its not NIB. Oh well, If it gives me problems Ill call Asurion since I have a 1year warranty but will ask for a NIB nicely.

thats the same thing they told me on thursday but it looks like mines gonna be NIB I think and hope. I wonder if they are sending out the RECs and refurbs via UPS and new via Fedex

i have been trying to submit a claim for the last 3 days and they seem to have the Touch Pro on stock.. cause im trying to get a TP2 since i already have a TP1. ... i just wish they run out of TP1 for me to get a TP2... that is with Verizon since sprint already sending TP2 replacing TP1 but not Verizon

Lucky, I hope your conclusion is not true about Fedex being the new ones and UPS having the Refurbished lol. Just checked online and it appears I will have my TP2 tomorrow. I will post when I get my TP2 whether its new or Refurb.

Same here, my phone was broken and Sprint gave me another TP, but in less than a week the phone was no respondi to the touching, so i when to sprint and they offer de bb tour, bb curve, treo pro, and htc snap
