The lady told me it was backordered and that it would take approx 5 days or so. I asked if I had to call back she said no and it would ship when it comes back in stock. I hope she wasn't lying to me. The deductible I had charged to my sprint account but it doesn't show up now.

U should be okay though. Rep told me same thing, 5-7 business days, but I'm gona call again first thing in the morning

Actually it COULD happen. I havent experienced it with Sprint or Asurion, but when calling into Bluefish I got the same rep 10 times in a row. I never placed an order through them because the girl was mean as heck even the 1st call she was like a cat haha.

Regarding my order. Well my rep told me that the phone will take up to 5 business days to get.

But she placed the order anyways, I paid and then I waited for an email. Now its about 12 hours later, no email confirmation BUT when I track my oder on www.phoneclaim.com I see this ...

"Your Claim is currently being processed. Please check back in 24 hours."

My guess is it will say that until the unit is back in stock and they actually get it ordered and then it should change to shipped with tracking info.

My email confirmation doesn't show me what phone I am getting or sending back. I keep getting a sinking feeling thinking that it will arrive tomorrow as a NIB TP and not a TP2 at all....lol
Like a kid on x-mas eve I am thinking about going to bed so tomorrow will be here quicker...haha...i'm so lame and materialistic...i love gadgets dammit....lol

I will have to call in the morning. I have a rainbow lcd now that has gotten worse. I filed a claim online and believe or not they offered a palm 850 as a comparable replacement. This is in no way comparable so I don't know what they are trying to do with their online claims. Lets see, smaller screen, smaller keyboard, less than half the cost of the TP. I will be calling in the morning

The palm 850 is the treo pro. It is a qvga wm device from palm.
