I have made pissed off posts where I sounded like I had a hell of an attitude (on other forums). If I was called out on it I would normally just wander off and relax myself a bit before coming back with a more level head. Just saying that I completely understand his position and opinion/anger... and I don't blame him.. but at the same time I am less and less inclined to believe that he has been cool, calm, and collected when dealing with reps so far. All of you angry people in here.. IF YOU HAVE TEP (Total equiptment protection), have a hardware failure (screen,KB,ect) log on to Phoneclaim.com (Asurions web site) , file a claim , pay your 100 deductible, and get a TP2 (otherwise known as a 7380) because they are out of TP1's. End of argument. Stop trying to get Sprint to give you a "FREE" one.

are TP2's available under advanced exchange yet? I was offered 4 different phones and told them i would wait for the TP2 but still haven't been able to snag one. Any suggestions?

i don't think advance exchange via online claim works anymore as they stopped the service for that, now you are required to go to a local store or call sprint, chances are if you have had 3 replacements in under 6 months they force you to go to a store.

This is my story... I bought my touch pro early last year. Within a month the keyboard went out, took it to the store, got it replace by a new touch pro, all was good until the screen went dead every time I slided the qwerty out. To make the long story short went to at least 6 touch pros until last month that I took it a tech store only to be offer phones i didnt believe were align with my touch pro, i asked them about the touch pro2 the assistant manager told me that was not a go go and if I wanted i could get it by putting another 300 plus bucks for it. I decline the offer and took in the refurb touch pro. I called sprint the following week. Talked to a rep he transfered me to multi exchange. Multi exchange told me that since I had replace it 6+ times that i needed to take to the repair sprint store. I told him that the store was 15 miles away and that I had a bad experience with the store last time I went. He told he would see what he could do and he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me in 2 days. When i got his called back he told me that his supervisor told him the same thing that i needed to take to a sprint repair store. I was mad but I thank the rep for helping me out. when all seemed lost and I was to lived with touch pro for a little longer. I got a call from sprint asking me if my issue had been resolved i told the rep it hadnt. she politely apologized and said she would see what she could do. After hearing my story and looking at her notes she told me that she said a couple of devices that could replace the touch pro.. and she did mention the touch pro 2. i told her that i would be interested in the tp2 she said she would charge it to my account, but also credit it, so i wouldnt paid for the phone.. so thank you sprint.. i have my confidence back
![]() PS there was a catch. I extended my contract.. but shoot i dont care.. i like sprint service is only customer service i get a little scare. |
