ok heres where my situation currently stands.

no call came in today from the EMT Dprt, called and was told the gentlemen that my case was forwarded to was off today and i will definitely be getting a call tomorrow, we'll see though.

to all you ppl that say sprint doesnt owe me anything, i agree in a way but i have already fulfilled my end of the deal and up'd both my contracts for another 2 years. that was my part and now that its done they wont fulfill their part. come on now, thats not right. nobody in there right mind can say that im not owed anything.

Well if you have proof that you extended your contract because they promised you a discount then you can legally leave your contract since you signed it on false pretenses.

yeah, i kinda figured that our but honestly bro, i dont want to leave. have been with them since i was 15 yrs old. its easier for me just to stay with em, but if they dont honor this deal then yes i will definitely leave them in a heartbeat.

Yeah i mean i kind of have to agree, i wouldn't have extended anything until the phone was ordered and shipping out. You should know by now after years on sprint and a year here how Sprint operates and the horror stories. You wouldnt give a random person money to buy a used car from when they didnt have the car to give to you right then and there. I have no clue why you resigned trusting them to honor a price for a phone that wasnt even out at the time instead of waiting to make that deal and resign...

I mean basically its your word against theirs now and there can be a debate whether you just resigned to resign or were induced by the promise of the phone pricing when they deny offering it. SHOULD they give you what they promised, sure. Do they HAVE to, no.

Leaving Sprint wont solve anything other than youll waste more money on another carrier after a mere few months of service then the full price of the Pros you would hae bought- think about that one.

Also if you resigned a contract you obviously have 30 days to revoke it. Call them and say put me back to my old contract and THEN renegotiate the phone pricing. Theres no reason you cant back out of resigning, you have 30 days. So there's no real reason to be up in arms yet freaking out about it and saying im leaving and etc etc because you can back out of the contract with the 30 day rule.

Yeah don't get all up in arms and *****ing too hard at them until EMT calls you back and officially tells you you're not getting the deal.

Sprint Stock will stay down if it keeps selling a hot new phones for cheaper than the two year upgrade price to people that have special plans.

Ok here's how it works. If someone made you and offer or promise, and posted all the notes into your account. They usually honor it, BUT they are not obligated to do so. Also further, just because one person says something or makes a promise, it doesn't nessesarily mean that it will be approved by management/supervisor.

thats not good business at all...if one of the staff members at the school my family owns told a student that its a certain price for them to register and even if i disagree to it, id still honor it. NO MATTER WHAT!!! a person/business is only as good as its word.

as far as paying mroe somewhere else, im not too sure. i pay sprint for two lines $160 a month. thats ALOT of money. im sure theres cheaper plans out there.

If you want to talk about ALOT of money how much is higher learning now in this country? As far as your $160 a month for the two phones what kind of pland do you have and what do you actually use the phones for?

I understand, but just because one person promises something doesn't mean the company is gonna take a loss. Realistically.

I don't even want to get into what I have been going through.. SIGH it gets me worked up... Let's just say other people tell me, huh 4 bad phones, they send you a touch for your mogul, don't give your credits, make you buy diamond at full price, you end up without a phone for 2 weeks? and while you had a phone EVDO data didn't work, then your calls weren't coming in!? Dude wtf do you stay with them?

That's what I told the rep people tell me, which is the truth... Sigh I guess I like the service when it works, I like the price for it, and enjoy the phones they have "when they work"... GRRR..

I ended up with $974 in credit for "equiptment issues", then they adjusted it as a mistake to $389. Haven't credited me my Mogul which was delivered and confirmed at warehouse yet, they tell me 1-2 billing cycles.. Let's see.. I also was promised the TP at lowest poissible price, except the person that promised she was posting the notes, didn't

Well I got it corrected and notes posted, verified. Supervisor Tech support calls me from her cell. 2 eTickets, 2 EMT which neither ever was able to contact me, but notes say they called atleast 5 times and were hung up disconnected... I lost the Tech Supervisor's number, I should saved that in a safe place. I did end up getting one EMT Jennifer's number called her 4 times, no replies..

OMG just thinking about stuff posting it really upsets me. One Operator tells me "if you would have called me 10 mins earlier I could have ordered you one, but ive been told not to place anymore orders" WHAT! Each operator then tells me I don't qualify for a discount yet.. WHAT.. I don't want a discount, I want my "REPLACEMENT PHONE" lol they told me they had no more Moguls to order as an exchange, offered to swap out the Touch they were gonna send for a Diamond instead.. BUT the Diamonds I did get had defective faulty buttons, so they went back for refunds...

When I found out the phone was out the 30th I called to put my order in, because I was told everything was noted and taken care of all I had to do is order my phone on Nov 2nd.. BS...

Then I found out the stores local to me had them too but they couldn't sell them until the 2nd. I found two stores that were willing to sell it to me, but the manager of one store that said he couldnt until 2nd actually called all the other stores and when I got to the store to get mine they tell me they were told and hour before I got there that they couldn't HAHAHA point at me..
