You should try doing the email. I had to call retensions 7x to finally get the original deal I was offered Your best bet is to be persistant dude...

Exactly. Although I didn't get too far emailing. I did however end up with a couple email addresses and direct numbers to some fairly high up folks. That's how after 10 days of BS I ended up with two shiny new TP's.

I feel bad for the idiot that told me I could swap my phones for them in the first place. I think he is probably collecting unemployment now. Although with Obama I'm sure he'll be able to collect that for 4 years now...

Yes, they processed the order and wanted to cancel it at those prices over 2 hours later (even though it was guaranteed at those prices and in the notes). The $700 are the combined actual retail prices of the phones plus a minor discount for upgrade.
