not sure why everyone is ordering through telesales when you can just go buy one at a sprint store today. A lot of stores are getting them in stock today. The two near me already have them and I just spoke with one to have them hold one for me. They set me up with an appointment at 3pm to go buy it. I would be calling your local stores before trying telesales. Why wait 3-5 days when you could have it today?

Umm because maybe we get a better deal if we order through telesales. I got mine for 179.99 out the door with overnight shipping. NO REBATES!

yeah i guess i'm in a special situation. The store guys said that with my corporate account I'd get $150 off plus all the regular discounts automatic (no rebates). I might actually get it for less than 179.99.

i still don't understand how people are getting it dirt cheap. I spent almost an hour on the phone and got it for 409.00 that included 75$ upgrade and an additional 120$ credit to my bill. So im paying 409 with free priority shipping and activation

ecare made me a promise. then they tried to back out. I emailed an executive (not dan hesse) and someone from his office honored the promise. thats how i got mine for 124.99

I am an IBM employee and I have a SERO account. So I called and demanded the phone at the EVP price and they threw a little more in for my inconvenience. You just got to know how to talk to them. When you call retentions you have to have the mindset of these people are here to keep you as a customer and need to hear what you want. You cannot ask them questions, you have to just tell them what you want and how you want it.

I had a diamond that was outside of the 30 day original purchase date. I am know on my third one due to various issues. I chatted with account services yesterday, and she said I see the diamond has been activated for less than 30 days (apparently she missed that is was the third one i had, because I ordered the first diamond on sept 14th) I had her place notes on my account that I could swap out for the pro. I called order support today and they are having a return kit sent out, and the pro is being sent with overnight shipping. So we will see. I just didnt want to take to the store and risk them saying I was outside my origianal 30 day window, and of course telesales and order support are from the philipines and I have always had good luck getting what I want from these peeps.
