UPDATE: on mine, got the confirmation number, and was told 3-5 days for processing ( probably just to cover their own @ss) but she said it was expedited. On a side note, it was strange because she actually asked me for an employee email address since i am on SERO before she could place it again, lucky for me i still have the one that was publicized. ok on the phone with them now. Spent 45 mins getting people to understand I want to exchange my diamond for the pro. WOW tranfered 5 times and finally got a supervisor. got it ordered for delivery tomorrow. should have it by then no later then monday.
