I, too, am on hold...sales agent said phone was out, i even asked what the msrp price is just so to make sure they're not confused with the old touch or even the diamond. They say it is 579.99, lucky for me their swappin my mogul out for free. I'll keep u guys updated.

how come they are swapping it for free? i got a similar email saying that i would just have to pay the difference in the phone, but im trying to see if they will honor that for me.

I am not sure, thats what i was promised, i even got the phone number directly to a account escalation manager. Even if i was asked to pay the difference, its only $30, a whole lot better than the 299 price people upgrading are having to pay.
