I am an IBM employee and I have a SERO account. So I called and demanded the phone at the EVP price and they threw a little more in for my inconvenience. You just got to know how to talk to them. When you call retentions you have to have the mindset of these people are here to keep you as a customer and need to hear what you want. You cannot ask them questions, you have to just tell them what you want and how you want it.
