i placed my order as well. question though the ordered the phone at regular price because i wasnt eligible for my upgrade, but i upgraded last month to the diamond and had major issues with the phone so they set up the 30 day exchange for it and had to go back to my mogul but the full price for the touch pro is 579 and the full price for the diamond was 549. when they receive my phone back and credit me the difference do they credit the difference of full price or difference of new cust price. cuz im confused on how much the pro will actually cost me. what is the new cust price for the pro
