i will def be buying the pro over the diamond... i have the touch right now and i cant stand the no keyboard ...

Through an email with customer care they are stating that i can purchase through telesales on the 19th ... so that seems like a firm date for telesales

Well last week ecare told me the 19th, this morning I got another email from ecare reminding me of the 19th again, so hopefully its not delayed.

Amazing...a 14 page thread because one person said it was going to be delayed. It's still being released on the 19th folks.

Also, and FYI, the DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD IS TWO-DAY. You need to specifically ASK for the $2 add-on for next-day.

You are correct. The launch date has now been pushed back to Nov. 2. If it does get released earlier, that is also when we will have the phone to ship out as well. You will be billed when the phone ships out."
