Yeah, but I'm wondering if the 12/2 date that BigBlondeAndBlueMale had stated has any validity.

11/2 has been reported and backed by several people, but 12/2...haven't heard anyone else mention that date.

All - When phones are released they are sometimes released at different times through different channels. It is still posiible that you can get it through TeleSales. It may not be in stores until 11/2 and through EVP channels.

Although I am not going to get my hopes up on that one until I hear for sure. But they said the same thing for the Treo 800x and the Diamond. They both launched through TeleSales at the times announced, but didn't make it to the stores until about a month later.

Just something to keep in mind.

I can appreciate your optimism, however I can't see Sprint putting a priority towards "everyday users" (especially for this phone) vs. companies that have business connections to them. The company I work for helps Sprint generate a lot of advertisement and revenue, so to put themselves in a situation where they'd give the "average joe" an opportunity to get a business phone prior to the companies that would be able to "do something for them" would be very bad for business.

I'd be Shocked if telesales had the phone available for order on 10/19 if EVP discount had a "pre-order" available.

I apologize for the trouble caused to you while getting your issue resolved. Your phone is still under 30 days replacement warranty. You can get this phone replaced with HTC Diamond by making the payment for price difference. However, you will not be able to get the Touch Pro phone, as this phone will be launched on October 19, 2008 (After 30 days period).

Please let me know if you wish to receive the HTC Diamond phone. I will order this phone and return kit for your current Mogul phone. The credit for the returned phone will be applied on your account once we receive the returned phone at our warehouse.

I have also arranged a call for you from one of our Supervisors. You will receive the call in next 24 hours. I am sure your issue will be resolved to your satisfaction.
