Re: Sprint TP2 Volume Increase

I can confirm that this also works on energyrom 6.5! @ eric, you should try these skull candy "ink'd" headphones.
target.com/s?keywords=Skullcandy%20Buds%20Ink
ive got 10+ pairs and they sound great. i found them in a store named "dirt cheap" for dirt cheap so i bought all of them they had lol. clean crisp bass, no distortion when pushed to the max. i suggest these headphones to people whenever i get a chance lol.

Haha yes those "in-ear" headphones can blow your eardums lol.
They can be dangerous with a full blast sound like you say ringtone.

Those are extremely good "in-ear" types you have. Great recommendation.
Most all "in ear CANAL" types are better than just in ear like the HTC one supplied.

Also they are not for everyone, as like me
because my ear canal gets irritated pushing anything in them.
I used to do just that in college lol.

wow cheap!
I been researching "in-ear" types and made decision to try best for price.
Those skullcandy are super cheap but I trying to get better.

I'm actually just bought these "V-MODA Vibe Earbuds"
They have it all for the RIDICULOUS price of $17.50!.. $$16.95 for the blue without mic.

Almost all these "in-ear" type headphones have weak wires from what I have read,
so i am goin with a price I can swallow if/when unit dies months later.

Probably wont need the audiopara cab lol, but still on my list of projects to mess with

Re: Sprint TP2 Volume Increase

and are they analog (plug into the 3.5mm jack) or digital (plug into the micro USB port)? i believe my audio files should sound the way they were actually produced which is what digital sound does. a digital to analog conversion drains some of the information and quality from the sound.

Re: Sprint TP2 Volume Increase

You are Mistaken.

All your sounds in your phone are digital files.
Both outputs (mini USB and reg headphone jack) produce same output to the physical drivers of the headphones.
The digital file is converted by the player to an electrical "analog" signal to your headphones.

As I stated before, in your case try re-inserting your HTC headphone mini-usb plug until you get it to go loud.

Re: Sprint TP2 Volume Increase

usb and bluetooth interfaces are capable of producing a digital audio signal so i dont get how the htc headset could be analog

Lots of ways. Install a cab that does soft resets. Pull your battery. You could of spent the same amount of time that you used to make that post but instead searched "soft reset" and would of already figured it out for yourself
