Haha yes those "in-ear" headphones can blow your eardums lol.
They can be dangerous with a full blast sound like you say ringtone.

Those are extremely good "in-ear" types you have. Great recommendation.
Most all "in ear CANAL" types are better than just in ear like the HTC one supplied.

Also they are not for everyone, as like me
because my ear canal gets irritated pushing anything in them.
I used to do just that in college lol.
