Now this is a device I'd really consider buying even though it wouldn't have a keyboard.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

I love my N1, and I have no 3g problem either. I bought mine of Craig's list so I could check it out first and make sure I got good 3g... She's a beauty. Paid 480. I don't think ill be going back to windows unless windows 7 is the shiznit....

I hope you like yours slim

after 2 days of having my n1 now I do like it alot but i think i will defnitely be getting the hd2 and that will probably be my primary device. this device is definitely an iphone competitor (actually iphone killer imho) but its not windows. I can't wait to run sense 2.5 and 6.5.x on the hd2. I will probably end up keeping my nexus because some of the apps are kind of intriguing. The good thing about gsm, its as easy as popping the sim card in and out. I'm glad you, rorymeadows, and saltydawg convinced me to try tmobile. I'll be honest, the call quality is basically the same out here but i do notice i had more 3g with sprint but not that much more. when driving thru rural areas my 3g would drop to edge but not that often. that could also be that problem thats been going on with the nexus though. I guess i'm lucky that i live in a metro area so of course tmobile service is great, so to all those who check their coverage on the tmobile map, if it says you get great service i would definetly give them a try. i'm positive at the end of my 30days i will be porting over my sprint sero # to tmobile, right now i have a temp number to try there service out.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

Well, my Verizon contract ends Feb. 20. But I just NEED the hardware keyboard. Plus I love being with Verizon. Great service makes me feel all warm inside. I'd just feel dirty being with T-Mo. If Verizon had the HD2, it would be a less difficult decision, but I'd definitely be tempted to try it. But T-Mo and no keyboard... kinda hard to say yes to the switch.

yeah if you're really on the keyboard you might as well wait. Me personally i thought i needed a keyboard but with xt9 even by pressing the wrong button it knows what i meant to write so i'm good. This nexus is starting to win me over, the only reason i would really want the hd2 is because of the touchflo but if the supersonic uses the same exact sense ui as the hd2 i might just keep sprint and go with the supersonic. i have 2 months to decide.

Right, I know there are some advanced on-screen keyboards and additional functions, but it's the physical attributes of the hardware keyboard I love. I try to use the on screen, and while I can learn to type just as fast, it's not the same. Plus, I don't like to block the view of the screen with the on-screen keyboard (even though the HD2 screen is massive). Call me crazy, but I really love the hardware keyboard. But who knows, I am adaptable.

I agree.

BUT QWERTY USERS SHOULDNOT HAVE TO "ADAPT".
MANUFACTURERS SHOULD OFFER MODELS WITH INTEGRATED QWERTY KEYBOARDS.

I will NEVER buy ANY Apple product because Steve Jobs personally refuses to allow any mobile device to have an integrated keyboard.
Steve Jobs and Apple can go to hell.

onscreen for me is faster but you are correct, you shouldn't force people into not having a keyboard, so stupid.

I feel ya. This thing is so easy to type on. You don't even have to put any pressure like a real physical one.... I like to type faster on this than I can with the hardware keyboard on the tp2...
