Sprint has till spring to annouce a tp3 with capacitive screen and snapdragon processor if they want me to stay.

I'd say there is probably a zero percent chance they announce a TP3 with snapdragon by spring.

We'll be lucky if HTC even announces anything like that for GSM by spring. It's possible I guess. But Sprint announcing it is pretty much out of the question.

If any carrier announces that though, I'll be grabbing it for sure.

in my area t-mobile is good, so i considering switching to them once my contract is up in a few months.

i thought i saw some where that there is going to be a mobile conference or something like that this spring, is that true?

as a lover of winmo, i have to follow if their is a winmo phone "that superior" out there.

this is my theory as well .. I love winmo, and the youtube vids make me want it even more.....

I'm sure it is. The Touch Pro 2 got announced at some sort of mobile conference last spring, so I'm sure there will be one this year too.

WM7 will probably be a heavy hitter then too, with its release scheduled for late this year and all.

I'm not too concerned about the HD2. I knew there was no way Sprint was announcing it. I'm totally shocked that sprint didn't announce ANYTHING though. I thought for sure they would at least announce a WM6.5 upgrade for the Touch Pro 2. But all of that aside, I knew there was virtually no chance Sprint was getting the HD2.

Oh well. I was never planning on getting the HD2 anyway. Now if that sucker had a keyboard and tilting screen, I'd be trying to preorder it the second they would let me. But a virtual keyboard won't do it for me.

Still, wow. Sprint hypes up this event, schedules it right after Ballmer's, watches while the entire tech blogosphere speculates about the joint Sprint/Microsoft press event, and then BAM- Ballmer announes a T-Mobile exclusive (that many Sprint customers were hoping for- it's the hottest topic on Sprint's own message boards) at said event and Sprint just brings a tv chef. Unfreakingbelievable. Has there ever been more incompetent leadership at any company than Sprint consistently displays?

Maybe T-Mobile really is about to buy sprint and that is why Sprint went all out to market getting bent over by them? Sprint's actions here just don't make any sense at all...

All the people who hated on this thread oh well to you, but this thread was extremely helpful to me, especially the discussion about tmobile network coverage, speed, and reliability.
