Oh and FYI slingbox sales are barely into the 6 figure mark... less than 60% of which are used for mobile media. Google is your friend.. globally there are 300+ million mobile phones... 70+ million of which are smartphones... but everyone cares about slingplayer based off those numbers right? LOL.. like I said before people lie numbers dont.

ORB Live stream used to work on the iphone on 3g network, and ATT recent decided to gimp it, after about a year of it's release. Will ATT gimp the sling again if they want to?. Hell yes.

Your numbers don't mean jack. If you want to post relevant numbers, show me the percentage os people that own compatible phones that are using sling player. Of course if it doesn't work on the iPhone or Android the number of total mobile phone users will be pretty low. And that doesn't even factor in how many people use it without buying it.

I found this article from 2006 saying Sling Media does not disclose sales numbers, but they are betting most people DO care about sling player on their mobile phones:

Honestly those numbers brownhornet posted up really don't mean anything, and I can't even stress this enough

especially since those numbers are directly correlated to the number of users that find this a viable solution to their needs which up to this day today has not met the requirements to make a decent comparison and make those statistics relevant.

no way in hell i'm going back to winmo while only running winmo 6.5. maybe i'll think about selling my nexus when hd2 gets winmo 7.

By the time I get around to a HD2, the "How to scam Sprint for a free HD2" thread will have about 500+ posts! I will stick with my TP2 for now, The fastest dealbreaker for me is no hardware keyboard, I do WAY TOO much Craigslist to not have one!

its so funny how everyone except salty knows winmo is a dying breed and winmo 7 is its savior. arguing with him is like arguing with a brick wall. ok salty you keep on using winmo 6.5 and keep on thinking its the greatest. I don't want to be the one to burst your bubble. EVERYONE and their mamma knows winmo needs a change except you. did you read that article, that was a random guy who doesn't care about any os and did you see what he wrote about winmo and how its viewed in the general public eyes "dying"

Windows is not dying and comments and people like you are the reason for articles like this. You are just starting to make random comments with nothing to back them up. You are really losing all credibilty with me P-Slim. You can't say WM is dying and then say you might sell you nexus one for an HD when WM 7 is released man. Thats a contradictions. If they were truly dying they would just magically be able to create an OS good enough to compete. Doesn't work like that.
