Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs? - Page 6

I just flashed Titan Reloaded 1.3.3 and my phone has been great. I think that 4508 old text messages I had neglected to delete were slowing down the phone. When I restored them, phone would hang and crash whenever I tried to use the text messaging.

I think I'll skip the TP and wait for the next generation of mobile devices, win mo 7 is coming and faster wireless. For now a mogul can do everything I need.

I got my phone replaced...with another Mogul. The sprint tech tried to help me get a TP as a replacement but it didn't work. We even tried getting in touch with retentions and threaten to cancel my account but they called our bluff. He explained it to me like this, since I have the SERO plan, it was not worth keeping me since I am paying not too much on my phone bill. So I'm on my 4th mogul now and the keyboard function works worst on my current one than my previously mogul....I would have kept my old mogul regardless of the white spots on the screen.
Oh, and he said there are still tons of moguls left in my area.

just got my TP from asurion on sat. the first time i called they lady said all they would give me is a refurb'ed one but when i called a week later i was promised a TP. all i did was say that my mogul had water damage and i wanted to replace it but i heard the mogul was discontinued and would i be able to upgrade my phone through them.
if at first u dont succeed try try again

TOTALY CRAZY ...they dont care to loose you because you dont pay alot on your bill?
Is this why they lost 1,000,000 customers in the last 6 months??

I would send an email to dan@sprint.com and tell him your story how it happend.. Your buisness should be the same value as anyone else that has sprint ...just because you pay less doesnt meen they can treat you as a lesser customer .... At this point its not about a phone its about the value of a customer...

i just sent Dan an email about my battle for $503.49 that has been owed to me for 3 months and a Touch Pro for my 3rd Mogul that i was told i would be getting.

after waiting a week since it was backordered, i received another Mogul and i was PO'd.

im truly fed up with Sprint right now and hope Dan can help

This is almost like racial profiling but I guess it would be called customer profiling... I would be so angry,I hope with your email you get a good deal of help from Dan about his company an the way his "associates" are treating customers (profiling because someone does not pay as much as the next) good luck man I hope u get it under control....Im going to just hold out until Im sure I will get a TP

i called assurion today to inquire about a replacement phone. the csr was really nice, tried to help me in a couple different ways, but it was ultimately unfruitful. she said they really started cracking down about 10 days ago, cannot give out tp as a replacement for mogul if they have any moguls at all in stock. her suggestion was to try back periodically to see if they are backordered on the mogul, and then i should be able to request a tp instead.

Would they replace with the Diamond? (I know it doesn't have the keyboard and card slot, etc. Just wondering)

Ya today my USB port decided to kinda break. The center piece between the pins just fell out. It has had no real problems charging but syncing was a crapshoot as was tethering. I took it to the sprint store and the guy there said it was physical damange and I would have to go online or over the phone. Sucks because they did not have any moguls left at that store. Maybe I will go back in on a different day with someone else working there since he seamed to be kinda a jerk compaired to others I have worked with there lol. Both Asurion and the sprint site say the replacement would be a refurbed mogul... Not like I haven't loved my phone but I think I can wait it out a bit as long as she will take a charge.

i didnt ask about the diamond at all. the gps is very important to me, the keyboard lesser so, which is why i would only take the tp.

either way, the csr said they would not replace it with a different model if they had moguls, and wouldnt replace it at all if it was just a warranty issue.
