I got my phone replaced...with another Mogul. The sprint tech tried to help me get a TP as a replacement but it didn't work. We even tried getting in touch with retentions and threaten to cancel my account but they called our bluff. He explained it to me like this, since I have the SERO plan, it was not worth keeping me since I am paying not too much on my phone bill. So I'm on my 4th mogul now and the keyboard function works worst on my current one than my previously mogul....I would have kept my old mogul regardless of the white spots on the screen.
Oh, and he said there are still tons of moguls left in my area.
