TOTALY CRAZY ...they dont care to loose you because you dont pay alot on your bill?
Is this why they lost 1,000,000 customers in the last 6 months??
I would send an email to
dan@sprint.com and tell him your story how it happend.. Your buisness should be the same value as anyone else that has sprint ...just because you pay less doesnt meen they can treat you as a lesser customer .... At this point its not about a phone its about the value of a customer...
