The rep told me people were on hold with tele-sales at 12:01 AM to order this phone. Who's fault is it that he told me this?

most of our problems are that sprint always over promises and under delivers. my problem is i was promised yesterday i would have my phone today. then today i hear that it was never shipped and the hurricane issues etc. I wouldnt be upset if they just told me the truth from the start instead of multiple reps with multiple lies. oh and no tracking number yet for me either.

I have worked in retail and know about customer service. Sprint has absolutely none! I am not talking about the stores either. I almost feel like everyone I speak with is on their first day at the job. Even as you speak with supervisor's, they are just as uneducated as the rest of them. I wish as educated customers would could do something about it but since we are such a small group of people they really do not care since the masses are pretty uneducated themselves and have even a lesser clue.
