FWIW I was told be my account manager that power has been restored and they should have them all out and in our hands (assuming you had one day shipping like me) by Friday this week...

It's official, Sprint can do nothing right. It's no wonder why the company is in such a hole financially.

I can't believe that their agents have absolutely NO way to follow an order through their system just by the order number... The Rep I spoke with just kept repeating that no tracking number had been created yet.

I spoke with a supervisor that said she was going to expedite this order to go out ASAP, as I had it shipped to the hotel I am in until Thursday... What this really means is that my order was either cancelled or she put it in the slow lane.

yeah, the tracking number has been up all day, it just didnt give me any info, i had called sprint and ups and neither could tell me why there was no information. but about five minutes after i called sprint back and they told me the phone was still in the warehouse it just showed up. so according to ups shipping time, it should be here tomorrow, i will keep everyone informed.

hey even though she wasnt much help, she wasnt lieing about telesale, theyre actually open around the clock, i was on the phone with them that night a 1:30 am. but even still you should have a number by now.
