the rep was telling the truth, i was on the phone with them at 1:30 am that night. when i talked to them they couldn't even put the order through until 7 that morning, due to it not being accessible in the system yet. and just so everyone knows, the warehouse is a dead zone to progress, because no data comes back out of the warehouse until it gets scanned.
edit: basically how the web order worked for everyone, just because you placed it at 12:01 it didnt post until the device was available in the system. which would have been around 7.
