That is exactly my point. I spoke to 4 different people over the last 2 days and got a different story from every single one of them. Including my package was waiting to be scanned yesterday.
I have worked in retail and know about customer service. Sprint has absolutely none! I am not talking about the stores either. I almost feel like everyone I speak with is on their first day at the job. Even as you speak with supervisor's, they are just as uneducated as the rest of them.
I wish as educated customers would could do something about it but since we are such a small group of people they really do not care since the masses are pretty uneducated themselves and have even a lesser clue.
