I can deal with the power outage. What I cannot deal with is that no one in the company has anyway to check on an order. What other company on this planet would tell you that. And then for a supervisor to tell me I should call UPS and ask them if they have an order for me? Do I even need to say more.
Like I said, I can live with the power outage. What I cannot live with is no one can tell me where my $500 order stands. It is not like I ordered $1 item. This may not be a lot of money to you but it is a lot to me and I would like to know that someone in the company knows where my $500 item is!
