Sprint replacing damaged 6700 with Mogul - Page 16

I got the same problem with my joystick, just got it fix today.

How long did it take? Did they charge you anything? Did you get a new joystick or just a new rubber piece on your existing joystick?

Well, I went in this morning and they actually fixed the joystick for me. I went in wanting the 6800, but actually was pretty happy they fixed it. This 6700 is so tricked out right now I don't mind keeping it.

I got TEP so they didn't charge me anything. I didn't get the whole joystick, just the rubber piece.

I was told they didn't have any rubber joy stick tips, and for some reason a tech had to verify that the phone hadn't sustained any water damage. Then they just ordered me a new phone. Told me I could come back in a few days to get it.
I only hope it's not a lemon. Mine was dialed in. (no pun intended

I just came back from the sprint store... Got a Brand New Mogul in Box with all the goodies.. took about 15 mins. Told them about it resetting and they took it for 10 mins and came back with the Mogul box. Now time to trade the mogul for a touch

Exact same experience i just had about an hour ago. My mogul is getting her very first full charge right now so that i can play with her thru the night (no homo) I'm gonna post some tips in a minute that will help solidify peoples chances of walkin out with a Mogul.
