I was told they didn't have any rubber joy stick tips, and for some reason a tech had to verify that the phone hadn't sustained any water damage. Then they just ordered me a new phone. Told me I could come back in a few days to get it.
I only hope it's not a lemon. Mine was dialed in. (no pun intended
