Any chance Sprint has an extra rubber piece? If not, am I stuck or do you think that's enough to justify getting a replacement? I pay the $7.00 for the insurance every month. Don't care if I get a different 6700 or a 6800, I just hate the look and functionality without the rubber piece.

How long did it take? Did they charge you anything? Did you get a new joystick or just a new rubber piece on your existing joystick?
