Nope! This is/was the largest show-stopper for me. I've since restored my Windows Mobile 5 installation. I really hope that this gets fixed soon as I really liked the snappiness and security features of Windows Mobile 6.

The second show-stopper was that the Palm threaded SMS add-on no longer worked and I couldn't get the WM6 update (for Palm threaded SMS) working. I think this more has to do with the version of WM6 that the Palm Treo is using and not so much a problem with helmi_c's rom. That said--

Great effort for a first ROM helmi_c... like others have stated, I've sent you donations $$$$ via paypal.

I'm looking forward to a new(er) ROM with the fixes mentioned and/or a kitchen kit so that I may cook my own ROM with a few of my favorite "must have" apps.

Is secured WEP WIFI an issue as well?

I just flashed my xv6700 to this and before I could connect WIFI with WEP enabled and now I can not.

I really don't want to disable the security on my WIFI but if I can not connect to my WIFI anyother way I guess I will be forced to for now.

Also, is Internet Sharing an issue via ActiveSync USB with this ROM?

Got WEP to work. Had an issue with trying to use an invalid proxy address.

Thanks.

Only issue that remains for me at this time is TCMP.

Is this an issue with ALL builds or JUST the Verizon or JUST the Sprint release. Alas, this could be a show stopper for me too.

This has probably been asked but I couldn't find it with a quick search. Does this work with the treo 700wx. Sprint? If so has anyone tried it and how did it work out.

Pretty sure it will not work, as this is the HTC Apache forum.

Is it me or does it seem like the same questions and answers are posted over and over?

LOL! It's not you! People just refuse to read the thread!!!!!! . . . Thankfully I've been reading it since day one & read the updates nightly. So, I don't have an ungodly number of pages to read. But with the new "search this thread" feature, there's really no excuse anymore.

Off my high horse . . . I am very thankful for everyone that posts their experiences, knowledge, & fixes to make my 6700 worth having.

The search box is your friend!!!!

I'm sorry guys, if this question has already been asked.

With the last ROM I had on my PPC6700 I had my phone paired with my MAC, and I was able to jump online on my mac via BT & Internet Sharing. For some reason I am unable to create a PAN connection between my PPC and my MAC. Yes both devices are paired, yet no PAN option is available.

Any thought?

Helmi the check's in the mail (paypal).
