I did nothing with the Arcsoft version that came with the ROM.
I do not have any messages in the Drafts folder.

I have also noticed that whenever I get a multi-text message I always get the 2nd one before the 1st. Not sure if this is ROM related or not but I've noticed it on EVERY message since I started using this ROM. I think it only used to happen sometimes.

As I think more about this, I wonder if its due to the different relative thicknesses of the top taskbar & bottom softkey bars on 29020 vs 21916? If so, you'd think anyone on 29020 using Arcsoft outside of Cookie or Sense would be seeing the same thing, though.

I found this on PPCgeeks awhile back. Also works great for people who just want to "remap" the notification icons to the standard messaging application.

Go to reg key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila

For the Name Value:
CHT.ProgramLink.Messages

Change the Value to:
\Windows\tmail.exe -service "SMS"

^^^That's for your SMS text messaging.^^^^

For your email, it's kinda similar.
Go to reg key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila

For the Name Value:
CHT.ProgramLink.Email

Change the Value to:
\Windows\tmail.exe -service "Outlook"

Note:
Instead of "Outlook", you can simply put in your default email service how it's named when you set it up initially. So if you have "Gmailxxxxx" and "Gmailyyyyy" you would substitute whichever one is your more "default" email account where you put "Outlook."

Restart Sense to have the change take affect.

Also, have the quotes and spaces exactly like how they are in bold above.

As always, back up your registry before you go playing around in there...

Have you tried to flash the ROM again to see if that fixes the issue? Have you installed something that could be causing the issue? Have you looked through the thread wiki to see if that's an known issue, or read through the last 5-10 pages of this thread to see if anyone else has reported this? My first suggestion is to factory reset, if that's a no-go and doesn't fix the issue, re-download the ROM and flash it again, and yet again if that doesn't fix the issue try a different version ROM, and lastly if none of those fix it flash the stock ROM and see if it does it on that, if it's still an issue I would venture to say that it's a hardware issue.
