How do I, as the end user, know what the variations are between Energy.RHODCDMA.21682.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Oct.20.7 z and Energy.RHODCDMA.21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Oct.20.7 z either in terms of build, usability, or GUI? All I know is that the 21916 is "newer, but more to crashes" and the 21682 is "more stable."

Also is it necessary to have the NK patched? What is it exactly?

Guess I shouldn't flash cause some people are complaining about speed decrease compared to the older 21681?

TP2 noob here, just picked up a TP2 and flashed this rom. I have 2 questions
1. Is the safe tethering (don't get charge by carrier) fix already built-in?
2. When I turn on the wifi router, the data stop transmitting if the screen turns off, is there any way to keep the wifi on?

21xxx is the more stable of the two and is based off 6.5 21682 is less stable but has the lastest updates from MS and is based on 6.5.x. 21682 is the newest rom

Dont worry about tethering, ur safe and you have 2 options to keep wifi on during standby.
1. BSB Tweaks in the Tools folder in your start menu, scroll towards the bottom
2. Use this cab Wi-Fi on in Standby.cab
