I did the #777 edit to the registry and it fixed nothing, kept acting the same way.
I installed the cab, it is supposed to change the same SuspendeResume string, but it also makes the phone restart; and when it does, the fix is gone, back to GPRS_bye_if_device_off

Im using the Energy.RHODCDMA.21679.Sense2.5.Cookie.GTX.Sep.24 rom, dunno if that helps. also attached the cab that does not reset the phone automatically , and after a manual softreset the regedit still sticks! and i had no answer call issues ever since

With the new Cookie 2.0 I have noticed that every reset changes everything back to default. I have to reset the #777 after every soft reset, kinda annoying but its a beta so idk. Sorry I cant offer more of a permanent fix. I have notices that CHTS resets every time i soft reset on top of the #777.

I've seen a couple of posts surrounding it and I'm guessing that the sense restart is more focused towards Cookie 2.0 bugs than anything with the ROM. If I minimize Cookie down on the home page to just one screen, it doesn't seem to occur as often. (I say as often since some of the flickering caused by incoming texts may be throwing it off a little.)

yep those came out yesterday, they are just the Dinik Glass versions, which i usually run, but since it wasn't out first i just flashed the regular cookie, to much work to set everything up again so i'm sticking with the regular cookie lol <21679>.

By the way, I forgot to mention. All the problems I had with Hotfile seemed to be due to Opera. It works fine if I use Chrome or Firefox.
So, if you are using Opera and have trouble with Hotfile, switch to another browser that doesn't route through its own servers (basically all the rest) and problems should be fixed.
Problems I had: Hotfile told me I had met my hourly limit even though I had not been on it for days. I waited and then it told me the same again and I had never been able to download anything, downloads would not start, etc...

that's what we tell people since this issue comes up so frequently, clear cache, close and restart browser and see if that fixes it, if not then try another browser, i use firefox and never have issues.

Yeah, clearing cache and cookies (or restart) didn't fix anything on Opera.

I am getting a little frustrated with the latest ROM, not only it is buggy, but it seem slower too. but I am going to try it a few more days. If we all went back to the old ones, we'll never be able to give all the information to the cooks so they can fix the bugs!
