Re: |RHODCMDA|.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.- Energy -.¸¸.·´¯ * |Sep 18| 21916|23138 * Sense 2018

I flashed the newest cookie [Sep 26] last night.
I can't figure out how to get just a single large flip clock on the Cookie Home Tad.
Or even how to eliminate the analog clock, I do not want two clocks home.
Menu/ Cookie's Home Tab Editor / Miscellaneous setting / does not let me choose the clock size etc. anymore.
Is there another way to eliminate one clock?

Also, don't use AOL (or similar) to download.

Go directly into IE (or another browser) and do it from there.

Thank you, I just use opera because it uses compression, so it is faster on my slow ISP.
I might have to try doing it on chrome.

I cant wait for NRG to release a CHT 2.0 Dinik Glass rom. I think im going to try CHT 2.0 first installing it via cab before i flash a new NRG rom with cht 2.0 cooked in. I want to see all the mods and customizations possible before i switch. CHT 2.0 looks almost completely revamped, which is cool, but i still like the looks possible with CHT 1.8.5.If 2.0 is better than i will be flashing again soon.I just want to get a feel for CHT 2.0 before i make the final switch to 2.0.Any input about flaws, bugs,or graphical issues with the CHT 2.0 NRG roms,Ver 1 or Ver 2,would be appreciated.because im sure i will end up flashing soon enough.

Well, I tried downloading with skyfire on the phone, and it seems to be working now. At least it started downloading, which is encouraging!
Just some feedback for our top chef. I have the Sept 18 GTX ROM. it started acting up on Saturday, after 6 days of using it.
First I noticed the automatic backlight did not work. I turned it on, a few minutes later, it had turned off by itself.
Then the gsensor stopped working. I went to calibrate and it could not find the file for it when I pressed on that option. I did two resets and same thing. Today, by art of magic, the gsensor is working again, and I did not reset since last time. Backlight goes back to manual after a while.
The other issue, is that I sometimes have to press the menu soft button twice for the compact menu to open. And, if I click on one of the open applications, it never opens it, I have to open the menu again, press on the open program again and then yes, it works every time, but only on the second try.
Even though it has this problem, I really like this compact menu with the pseudo task manager and the recent folder. I am going to have to go back to Cookie style to try the new ROM since there is no more GTX

For those of you having problems with CoOkie, it is better to read the cookie thread at XDA and ask questions related to cookie there. Cookie is an addon to NRG and the version 2.0 is NEW so we are all not familiar with it yet.

Please direct your inquiries to:
[Manila][26-Sep-2010] Co0kie's Home Tab v2.0.0 Beta - xda-developers

Lots of good info there.

Menu > Edit Home Layout. Now, press and hold the clock. Be very still when doing this. You'll get a pop-up for Previous/Next. Cycle through until you see the clock you want.

I usually use AOL but when there is trouble, like mentioned above, I switch to IE and all is well.
