usually not necessary when sticking with the same chef with just an updated rom---but when things go sideways, task 29 is my first stop.

I'm about to check out an 8/4 build since everyone is saying 8/1 was so bug free/stable.
At times when I have deleted the App Data folder and tried to put the SD card in my computer, Windows 7 reads a problem with the card and asks to "fix" it. The user that I was responding to seems to not have been using the ROM lately so I suggested that as a means to further ensure a smooth EnergyRom experience for him!

So, what exactly is different in the 8/4 ROMS? Not sure what double bar problem is. Any other changes?

Sorry, it has to be one or the other, unless you use BattClock or touchlockpro, and I'm not too sure how these work with these ROMS

I am using 21907 Build (~Jun 25th). I like to go with latest one (21911 build). How stable is this latest build? Can I go ahead or wait for future stable build?

Does anyone has the change log for August 4 release?

I've flashed all GTX 21911 ROMs from NRG so far and haven't had any problems whatsoever. Here's an excellent Flashing guideline to follow by DaveTN for a worry-free flash, for anyone interested

It doesn't appear one exists, as NRG stated they are for RHOD only, and there isn't one here or on the GSM thread. all he said was "Uploading new Rhodium ROMs to fix the "2 bar issue" along with some new goodies as well. Rest of the devices will be updated later..." on his twitter
