I had similar issues with the July 1st GTX ROM. Google Maps never found any satellites and my local weather never zeroed in on me. I wasn't willing to deal with it because I had to leave for a 7 hour drive from Ohio to Tennessee, so I flashed back to June 26. After this vacation I'm going to see if there is some satellite update or anything, but for now, it's gonna just be chilling by the beach

You should have installed nothing. I just run provisioning and mms works fine.
