I use push email extensively at work and with most other ROMs I've used I get a simple ding to alert me that an email has arrived, and that is it. With this ROM however it dings repeatedly until I either check the message or hit dismiss on the bubble that pops up saying "You have XX unread messages." I want to get rid of the bubble, and only have it alert me once. How can I fix this with Energy ROM? I must be possible because other ROMs, such as MightyROM, don't behave this way.

I should also note it behaves this way for SMS too. I really just want alerted once. If I don't hear it, I don't hear it.

if you go into Sounds & Notifications, you can uncheck the box that says Repeat. On both SMS and email messages. I run energy too and I always forget to go in and remove those checkmarks when I install a fresh copy. This has resolved it for me. Let me know if you need more help with it. Thanks!

I'm guessing that the Jul 14 ROMs will have the 21911 build incorporated since he updated the first post.. Cannot wait to try it out, hopefully it will fix the data, and bluetooth problems I'm having, and give a speed boost.

I'm having a really annoying issue with the July 10th, 23569 GTX rom. Every like 20 minutes my phone freezes and I have to either soft reset it or take out the battery. Anyone else having this issue? And is there any fix or update?

Well we need to know if you have any cabs installed, what lock screen you are using, anything like that might help us help you narrow it down to what it might be that's causing the freezing.

July 10th dilink rom was off da hook until i came across this issue my internet is down so i use my phone now to internet share but i keep gettin kicked off disconnected and get this message "The Remote Party has ended the connection"..Can anyone help me with this?

are you only getting that after your phone goes to sleep or just randomly? if it's when the phone goes to sleep then try the Wi-Fi on standby cab that myself and others have uploaded to the thread, just check the paperclip for that file as it's been uploaded quiet a few times.

I had tons of issues with this. If you make a .lnk file for tom tom and save it to your storage card you can use a mortscript to run in the XDA_UC folder. I am attaching mine as an example. You will need to adjust the names and such, but it should give you a good idea. It will copy to whatever folder you specify. Just edit in notpad and save it with a .mscr extension. I use it to copy a few ringtones and stuff. It should work no problem for you.

I'm not usin the wifi router. I'm using the internet sharing via usb cable also its random not when it goes to sleep or anything..When i use the wifi router i dont have a problem though i just feel like the internet is faster when i use the tetherin with usb cable
