As far as I'm concerned, this is crucial to learn (not really much to learn though) if you flash regularly.

Step 1: Pick a ROM that has XDA_UC cooked in (you're in this thread so you're off to a great start!)

Step 2: In your storage card's root directory, create two folders: XDA_UC and a subfolder within that folder called SD. (so... TouchPro2\Storage Card\XDA_UC and TouchPro2\Storage Card\XDA_UC\SD

Step 3: Paste all the cabs you normally install after a flash into either of these folders. If you want to install a cab to your storage card, put the cab into the SD folder. This folder allows for user interaction with the install ie. choose the install location. Cabs pasted into the XDA_UC folder will automatically be installed to the device.

Step 4: Paste any .reg, .xml, or, .mscr files you want to use into the XDA_UC folder. They will also be automatically installed.

Step 5: Flash your new NRG kick-ass ROM and watch the magic. The ROM will load and XDA_UC will install everything. Do not restart your phone until prompted to by XDA_UC. There will be a pop-up box saying that UC is done and would you like to soft reset. Click OK.

Step 6: Enjoy your ROM!!

Step 7: Donate to NRG for making the best ROMs.

I am in the April 1st rom with Max Manila on 21XXX. I am having a problem syncing my contacts with my desktop first thing after a flash, what's up

Should I install all 3 service packs or just the 3rd one?
Someone else already asked a few pages ago but I didn't see an answer and was wondering that myself.

Hello all - BT stack problems on 4/1 Cookie 23554. The 3/31 ROM never had a working BT, but this one worked until I tried to get VC working.

Anybody know how to fix/reinstall the stack?

No, I did NOT use any of the BT fixes in the power thread, although I did use the other cabs over there.
