Anyone have problems with the Facebook tab on Cookie release of the 23xxxxxx releases or w/e?

I can use teh WinMob facebook app fine and I can use the Twitter Tab fine in sense 2.5 cookie ver. but the facebook just refuses to update...frustrates me.

It has been that way every time I've flashed one of these roms.

Let me know if any suggestions.

By far the best ROMs out there, however!! And I utilize Internet Explorer as my default browser....can't stand Opera beta. ;(

go to your settings tab, select software information, down the list of info about the 7th entry is the PRL version.

For some reason, the April 1st MaxManila version doesn't have any landscape wallpaper for the "B" stock energy wallpaper. It just shows a solid black background...

EDIT: I switched to the cookie home tab version. It just feels better

This is an understatement....if more members flashed this way they would eliminate a ton of problems... especially those that are new to flashing and such...after you do it this way a few times....you really learn the apps and phone this way.....then ur UC or sashimi or whatever you like becomes even easier to use in the future...

Do you have your contacts added and have them all synced with facebook? The facebook tab is the same tab as if you went to all contacts and clicked the facebook tab in there. It only gives updates to your contacts, so they must be added and synced. Its pretty useless but can be handy at times.

Albums soft key in photo tab question.

I'm running 21898 Sense 2.50 Cookie.

Can someone go to their photo tab. Then "albums", pulls up all your camera shots. Then press "albums" again. This should pull a list of different areas to view other photos at different locations on the phone. However, when I do this I am only able to see the list for a few seconds and then the photo viewer closes completely. There is not enough time to select a different location. Can someone else try this and confirm? Thanks guys and great work chef!

Can't find the answer to this MMS related issue...

I've tried all the fixes and all the cab files (from all of them I could find anyway)
I can send and recieve pics absolutely fine.. but I have to go about it in a rather cumbersome manner. I used to be able to open up Album, tap on the picture and click send from there. Now, when you go through that process, it simply opens up a blank SMS message and won't actually add a picture. You would have to go into messages, tap new > picture message and then manually go hunt for the pic from there. Just seems like unecessary steps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And by me, I mean my wife. I have been flashing my GSM TP2 since the day it came out but CDMA is new territory for me.

i found a slight bug. when going into settings/personal/buttons and then to long press end key the selections aren't true. what i mean is that after selecting 'automatically execute the selected' and choosing terminate data connection, what it actually does is set vibrate/ringer. these two are mixed up. the other two are fine. that's all i found! lol
