I was having this same problem and didnt want to get rid of the battery fix. Been running for over a day and still at 80%. I posted this earlier in the thread...works just fine.

I was having bluetooth issues also. Quick and easy fix.

Open "Task Manager" under the tools folder and go to services. Click and hold "Bluetooth Profiles(BTP1 and select "Set Automatic". You can just reboot to test it or just start the service. Everything will be happy after that.

Battery issues are handled with some tweaks. I can get almost 2 full days with decent usage. Day and a 1/2 with heavy use. There is a separate thread discussing that as well. I am the April 14th Cookies version 23557

David
can you please share what tweaks you applied to increase battery life? i hardly get day out of it currently.

thanks

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")
I already ran the Sprint provisioning. Did I want to avoid doing that? What are the pros/cons? When I checked the registry, there was a third entry under HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMSUA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC2
It was HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMSUA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SprintMMSC. Should I delete this and make the changes you suggest? What happens if I make the registry changes and don't delete the SprintMMSC?

Thanks for the info. I have never tried to make MMS work with the EnergyROMs before. Since MMS now seems to be working, I am finally taking a look at it.

I used the Ninja Duck disable TVout cab, shaolin battery saver cab, and did a couple of registry tweaks for the dialer vibrate and turned off keyboard vibrate. I have not gotten around to the face down mute ring tweak as I do not need it.

Of course I had to cycle the battery once for everything to get to where I want it.

Look up the battery tweaks thread, it will cover everything in detail for you.

I am sure there are mixed feelings on this. All I can say is that I have never done any provisioning on Sprint and never had any problems. I have seen quite a few post about people on Sprint running provisioning and then breaking other things on the rom. If I understand you would only need to provision to make SprintTV work not mms. The reg settings are the only thing I ever use and never have any issues mms. Keep in mind that this is about Sprint... Verizon users I guess should provision from what I have read. Just my 2 cents

PS - Arcsoft uses the samplemmsc entries by default which is why even with provisioning sometimes the mms doesn't work. It adds the Sprintmmsc entry but arcsoft doesn't use it... by default.

Re: |R|6.5.5|ROM|WWE| ★ Energy Series 23557/21898 |Apr 13| ★ Sense 2.5 / 2.1 / Titani

I installed this ROM and love it so far. I've tried NUMEROUS other roms and this one by far takes the cake. It's fast, good looking, and stable.

I initially had one issue with the speakerphone playing while I had headphones plugged in, but a quick install of AudioPara3 and it was fine again.

The only issue I have now, is that HTC's Music player randomly skips. I have about 9GB's of music on my SD card and it skips on random songs, requiring a soft reset before continuing.

Anyone else have this issue??? Everything plays fine in WMP. I've had this on MightyROM as well so I suspect its HTC's software.

It sets the Sprint settings so that mms works... and also raises the limit to 5mb not 512mb

upgraded to the latest cookie 23557, and so far it has been great, except i am having one issue. it seems my sms is messed up. when i try to send a txt to someone it goes to a full screen to type the txt, and not a normal "history" or thread of the chat....and then when i click send, it doesn't appear anything sends.

anyone have any ideaS?
