I uninstalled Arcsoft and Zenyee and changed the settings to what he said and Im getting the same old unable to send error. I think he installed arcsoft and forgot to mention it. Ill wait till he responds with exact steps then decide if I want to do a hard reset and try again.

i think he's sending it from picture album. not directly though the native software. so. we have a wager then. whoever wins has to thank the other..ha.

By the way, if by some chance somebody has gotten this to work I would love to know how.

I am on VZ & it works fine for me, but my boss has a Sprint phone & I could be a real hero if I could get this working for him........

i don't think anyone has that little problem solved for Sprint yet...and to be honest, i've grown to hate HTC Messaging anyway because of all the nonsense so even if it was fixed, i'm not certain i would even use it.

i know there is a posting around here that has it working from sending from the picture album. but to me, that's not working properly. it's still a work around...
