Can someone tell me how to access the list of All Programs? I tried going through everywhere on the phone, including the Start menu, but I can't find it.

There isn't a "list." Not sure what you're referring to. Are you talking about adding shortcuts to the quicklinks?

Can someone running the 23547 Sense2.5 with MaxManila Mar. 17 build try this and let me know if it happens to you too. When I am on my home tab the weather animation doesn't run, as this released was designed to do. But, when I'm on the home tab and I press the start menu then press the home icon it does run. Does this happen to anyone else? What was the point of turning that animation off in the build? If it's off, why does it run sometimes? For example, I can get it to run if I scroll to a different tab and then immediately after scrolling back to the home tab, scroll down to my quick links. The animation will run behind all of my quick links. Won't do it if I'm on the main home screen though. Not a big deal to me, I just want to know as much as I can about everything I can. One day I would like to build my own ROM. Thanks.

I don't think the new windows build has that feature any more. All programs are just organized into folders on the start screen.

is there anyway to have the nexus startup screen on the nrgz roms? i kinda like the colorful "X" animation... (maybe something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=640231)

and fightr i tried looking for it but theres no ALL PROGRAM unless u trying to add shortcuts ...

Yeah, I can access the whole list when adding a shortcut to the home screen, but not any other way. It's just that I can't find Activesync any other way with Energy Leo.

I just updated to the official 6.5 update and it's also like that, but I am able to find the programs I am looking for.

Press start menu button and ActiveSync is in the Internet folder top left

Is there any way to get the cab for the new theme from the 03_17 ROM. I'm on the 03_13 ROM now and everything set up. I'm not really wanting to flash and start over again.

Don't worry about starting over again, you don't want that theme anyway!
