Well, I tried that, and it told me that there was no application associated with the file to open it with. Im trying to drop in the .dll to fix the dialer scroll bar issue in 23529

Just to add another report from the Feb 16th rom (cookie 23529):
Everything works and functions as it should - better than it should. Animations are lightning fast. I have had ABSOLUTELY no battery drain issues. I woke up at 7am today and my phone is at 70% (10pm). Today, I have made calls, played some games, browsed the net, tracked someone with glympse and still have 70% battery.

As a Verizon user i can confirm that this rom works flawlessly. If you are concerned about posts with negative feedback, i would give it a shot anyway. If you follow the thread, contrary to some recent posts, most people are NOT having issues.

Holy Crap! I have to turn my backlight off just to keep up with the drain on a wall charger... Far worse than other NRGs I've run.

Yes - I am Sprint. Any smart guys out there might be able to figure what could possibly be different between us and Verizon? (Don't suggest any of the normal download/email settings; I know better than that...)

Start Total Commander, find the unzipped dll file. Click and hold, when the menu comes up choose copy/move, hit tree button - select windows folder. When returned to screen hit move and the dll will be sent to the Windows directory. You will then have to soft reset the phone.

Im on Sprint and my battery lasts all day. Im running the plain 2/16 23529 and installed Cookie as a cab file. I check email, lite texting, lite browsing and normal phone use and the end of the day I have about 50-40% left. If I play around with adding/removing mods and constantly restarting phone it might go lower but I find this to work well.

Have you tried a hard reset? Since there are so few of you with this issue, it seems you may have had a bad install...

when i downl loaded the cookie or the mania max all i get is a .NBH file is that all im suppose to get, and if so how do i install it do i need an uploader or somthing?
