Re: |R|6.5.3|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Leo" 28011/21885 |Dec 31| ★ Sense 2.5/ MaxManila/ Dusk

Battery life is acceptable for me on Dec 31st rom. I didnt notice any difference with tthe few other roms I used

The only problem.... the phone dialer wont automatically dial a number after a programmed pause, ie: I have a number set up 555-xxxx,3,*,xxxx ....for office voicemail. the system doesnt respond to the 3 however after the pause after connecting. It's weird...any work around?

Re: |R|6.5.3|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Leo" 28011/21885 |Dec 31| ★ Sense 2.5/ MaxManila/ Dusk

Just got my TP2, but when I answer the phone, I get no sound, they can't hear me, and I can't hear them. Tried the Dec 31st Rom, gonna HR and see if maybe I installed something that made the dialer go crazy. :/ I'll keep the situation updated as I can.

Re: |R|6.5.3|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Leo" 28011/21885 |Dec 31| ★ Sense 2.5/ MaxManila/ Dusk

How many people out there are having the Calendar Appointment issue where you cannot change the time on the appointment.

I really like the Dec 31st 21885 ROM but it would be nice to be able to use the calendar.

Also is there a way to pull up the calendar without using the manila version?

Thanks,
Rob

I enter the phone numbers in Outlook, use Activesync. Rather than use the ",", I use a "p" and it seems to work just fine. (E.g., 555-1234p3p*p1234)

I also used the p in my voicemail until I started using Visual Voicemail. So I'm not positive the p works in voicemail now or not, but it might be worth a try.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply. I tried it but still not working.

It's not the pause that's the problem it seems. I can dial the number manually then hit 3 on the keypad and the sytem responds to it. But when it does it automatically, I hear my phone beep (dialing 3) but the voicemail doesnt recognize it??????

Any fixes??

Using the P works fine for me with Verizon voicemail (using the Dec 17th Dusk ROM). I saved the VM # with two P's after the # & then my PW as a contact & it has worked in every ROM I have ever tried it with.

Question Re: |R|6.5.3|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Leo" 28011/21885 |Dec 31| ★ Sense 2.5/ MaxManila/ Dusk

I went back to the Dec. 17th Dusk ROM (sense) and things appear to be working better than Dec. 31th ROM. There are no messaging problems as I had with the Dec. 31st ROM (new messages not being dismissed, lockups).

Though I am having one other issue which has come and gone for me in the past with multiple ROMs:

When a phone call comes in, the HTC phone thing pops up and I see who is calling and have options to slide left to answer, right to ignore, mute ring, or send text. When I slide to the left to answer nothing seems to happen. It says on the same screen not answering the call. This is rather annoying because calls just end up ringing through to voicemail (though the ringer stops).

Sometimes I can play with it and it will answer, but usually I have no luck.

Anyone have any ideas to help? Anyone with similar issues?

Thanks.

the exact same issue answering calls,FWIW on all his tp2 and tp roms lol ever since i started using his roms but a minor issue,if you use the slide to answer sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't,like you say when the ringer quits yet the call still has not been answered you can sometimes answer the call with the hard send key, also 99% of the time i just use the hard key to answer to get around missing the call and having to call right back
