battery life on this latest dec 31 rom is awesome. my battery is lasting 2 days or more.

I am running the Dec 17th Dusk ROM & it's totally awesome.

I don't think it's locked up once in the whole time I've been running it & I text & MMS all the time.

I switched from Juicys ROMs when I couldn't get my phone to ring consistently on incoming calls even though I went through 4 different versions of that ROM (including R7)

As soon as I switched to the Dusk ROM, all my problems/bugs etc disappeared immediately. I am VERY VERY happy with this setup.

I have heard now that the battery on the Dec 31 is really good and really bad. How can it be good one and bad on another TP? My seems ok with what I do with it. TP1 was always garbage. With all the issues with the latest ROM, I hope we get a new one soon, with some of the new builds, and hopefully no issues, I keep hearing that 28011 and 28014 are not god builds.

Will out phones be able to handle WM7?

can anyone point me to the cab to revert the start menu to 3 rows again???

Any mods out there to work on 21885 - Verizon - to get the 20 shortcuts going again? There was one earlier in this thread by Santod that didn't work on my phone - anyone?

could largely depend on how old one persons battery is compared to another and also depends on how each user uses the device. i think everyone will have different results,but you never know really to you run a rom a few days for yourself to get a actual idea of the battery life.

i was reading last nights in the tp2 forums that WM7 is a no go for our devices,don't know the whole truth behind it yet but it's what i have been reading.

it usually depends on your backlight setting. people like it at different brightnesses. its at 100% standard on the rom. i put mine between 30% and 50% and the battery is fine all day with heavy texting and web use.

not at all I havent put my phone on charge since tuesday morning when I woke up and I still have 30%. I dont know what is going on to be honest but I like it. i am just gonna let it get all the way down to see just how long it lasts

Has anyone else noticed that when sending Exchange mail on 21885 12/31 it doesnt suggest contacts? You have to click 'check names' and then it takes FOREVER...
