Im running the current phoenix rom and am running smartlock. Is there a version of smartlock that doesn't have the calendar icon at the bottom? Usually the icon only shows if I have an appointment but with 6.5.5. it shows all the time.

I believe the official HTC fix is cooked in. Funny how it doesn't work perfectly. I prefer ziggy's fix.

I am hoping someone can please help me... I am having a bit** of a time getting my phone set up. I know the answers I seek are here, but they are lost in 968 pages of posts and I am getting fustrated.... I have used 5 different roms in the past week and I think I have finally settled on energy 2.04 21891. it has great battery life and does pretty much what I want.

here are my questions... (thanks to anyone who helps!!)
1. I would like to only have 3 "quick link buttons" on my home page... is this possible?

2. I like having the calendar bar on my home screen, but DONT WANT it to show any appointments... just a calendar bar is what i want. when i hit that bar, i'd like ti to goto the original outlook calendar "day (agenda)" view... NOT HTC calendar..

3. when I goto either mail or sms tabs on my home screen, i want it to automatically open the OLD windows applications (tmail?) not HTC messaging. I tried the cab entitled "Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1[1].2" and it didn't do anything. i also tried the reg edits listed on the XDA page that the cab came form... no dice... still HTC stuff...

4. Im on verizon... how can i increase the size of mms pics allowed to be sent?

again, I know that all the answers are out there, but over 900 pages is makin me dizzzzzzy..

OPERA IS PISSING ME OFF!!! It types s o f r i c k i n s l o w, and it autorotates to every angle. Never had these problems before. How do I fix them???

P.S. I'm usually very patient with these buggy latest roms, but this isn't normal, and it's incredibly frustrating!! Fresh from a flash it's like this.

swipe up on the home screen for settings
1) change "Alert" to s
2)change "Calendar" to 0
(sry, not quite sure but check the registry for manila2.5; if you find a path that has to do w/ the calendar change it)
3)check the registry for manila2.5 and maxmanila
4)should be in the hklm registry

hopefully some one will come by and give you a specific answer!! and always back up your regisrty before messing w/ it!

1. if i swipe up on homescreen, I get more "quicklink" squares.. I just wanna have a home page with just 3 not the stock 4 that are visible..

2. i cant find anything in registry about "show appointments" or anything like that... anyone else help?

I Have a Bit Of a Problem, Okay Well When i Download any of the New Ram. It Uses Winrar to open it so when i Double click on the Folder in Winrar it is Extracting But Only Shows Up a Notepad Page. It Doesnt Show Up As The Other Roms Do. What do i Do?

i hate after a phone call that stupid notifications page w/ battery info and " no new notifications" ..i use to disable in the tools/ tweeks / then i used the new td2 tool ,, but now thats gone...does some have a sure fire cab that disables this annoyance


great rom though ...think its best yet for the 2.5 roms

NRG only put in the new RHODIMG.nbh file in the new rom.. Just copy and paste that file in an older rom that you have downloaded. It will flash the same way but with the updated ROM..
