Hey guys. I installed the 21889 version with MaxManilla and after the install, the Sense UI doesn't show up and after 5 minutes I can't get it to wake at all. anyone with an aswer to that? Thanks.

tryied 2 times bro, downloading now the version without MaxManilla...am I the only one with this problem?

i flashed all 4 with no problems but i personally think the MM roms are buggy,if you want MM just install it over a standard rom

u flashing from a stock rom or a custom rom??

Custom...but if it doesn't work this time, I will try doing a barebone flash to stock rom.

After a 3rd reset the MM showed up, but still going to flash the standard one, because this one is not for my taste. Thanks for the support.

I, and someone else, had this issue. The other person had it with your version; I had it with both standard and max versions of 23518. No resolution was given. I did the whole hard reset, reflash, hard reset, flash to stock, hard reset, flash back, hard reset dance. Nothing.

All right, in trying to get my phone to work fully again and not lock up on home load, I flashed back to stock (which caused a security authentication error when I tried making phone calls -- sidenote: vzw tech said when "upgrading" with their updates to make an outbound call immediately after...if it doesn't work, you need to call #8899 and have them do it on their end) and then to MightyROM. Same. F'ing. Issue.

After feeling like I just somehow overflashed my phone to death, I took out the storage card to back it up, and damned if the phone didn't start working perfectly. I also got some sort of "semaphore timeout" when trying to access my SC through my PC...so there is definitely an error there to investigate.

So, I'm going to give the NRG one more shot w/o the SC in and see if that little bugger was the cause of my woes...just in case the handful of others experiencing the home screen freeze/system slowdown thing want to give it a go as well.

UPDATE FIXED: storage card (for some reason) was causing the glitches in Sense.

I just got my TP2 yesterday! I flashed jan 20, 23518, and I love it! has any one had any issues with alarms not sounding? I'm using g-alarm. and even with screen on I cant get alarm to sound. I don't know if its a TP2 issue or rom issue.. also on the dialer the top right "back" button is cut off, is this common or just me? sorry if this has been covered, I did search couldn't find anything ..

Hey Guys!!!.. i loaded Energy ROM 23518|Jan 25| Standard, (my first custom ROM after receiving my TP2 - 2 days ago). I tried the MAX manila version from Jan 25...but too buggy (with all respect NRGZ2 so i decided to use the standard one...but now i paired with a Bluetooth car receiver (JVC KD-BT11) which worked perfectly with my old Touch Pro. and i pairs the headset function...but not the Stereo Audio Function... cannot listen t music on the receiver... now comes the question....is it Energy's ROM...or is it actually an issue with the Bluetooth on the Touch Pro2???? i will restore the original (SPRINT) ROM and post the result...but if someone has done tests with Bluetooth device (without being regular Bluetooth headsets...these work fine).

+1 on this... then you have the choice of uninstalling MM or upgrading it if you want
