Okay! I have finally fixed MMS on SPRINT WITHOUT disabling the Sense Messaging!

Here are idiot proof directions:

Install the Mr. X Provisioning Cab

Soft Reset.

Install
http://thewingster.com/Documents/MMS%20Fix%20(M2.1)%20(Sprint).cab

Soft Reset.

Go to the DEFAULT messaging App.

Easiest way is to open your EMAIL inbox, navigate to the SMS/MMS folder and go to inbox.

From there select Options > MMS Settings.

Change the default server to Sprint. DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS!

Soft Reset.

Viola.

Here is how to send a message:

Go Back to the Default Messaging App. Go to New Message > New Picture Message.

Insert all your crap and send it. No errors, no issues, no problems.

To VIEW a message you also have to use the default messaging app, the Sense Manilla will tell you it is there however.

That is CONFIRMED AND DONE to work for SPRINT on THIS ROM without disabling Sense Messaging. And NO, you DO NOT, need Arcsoft Sprint Installed.

ZHi all! First off I'm a noob at phone roms but have been reading this forum and got my phone TP2 Sprint flashed without any hitches. This Rom seems pretty stable except for one minor glitch for me. I'm in Arizona and my phone keeps reseting to california time. ( we don't use DST here ). My weather keeps resetting to east coast default but it's easy enough with a soft reset to get back to my city in az. gave up on going thru the 350 plus pages for this rom after about 200... can't seem to find anyplace in phone settings to set to GMT-7 for me here. The actual place to set is lightened out. Any smacks on the back of my head to get me in the right direction would be MORE than appreciated!

I had the same problem.. What I ended up having to do was to add my time/city manually, soft reset. Then delete the added city/time and go back to "My Location" ever since then it has updated and worked perfectly.

Did you make any tweaks? I can't send anything other then text with mms, but can with sms

Problems with 28002:

1.Time/etc is set default to Paris/Madrid and keeps resetting time and ditches local weather

2.Voice command not working.

3. Coding errors in edit phone contacts, I get <FDMIN>983431</FDMIN><sn></sn>

4. Mail deleting: when to skip over a email you want to keep to delete one you don't, I've had to open it then close then delete. NERVE racking.

5. BIG ISSUE: NO BLUETOOTH. No general database installed and upon letting it scan for the blue tooth it doesn't pick it up BUT WORSE---- when exiting bluetooth function it locks the phone & data connections. Only way to get them back is to reboot.

I just reinstalled the rom 28002 and now in settings it lets me select Arizona GMT-7. The weather keeps defaulting back east so at least I know how the folks back there are doing.....My gps is working fine and it will sync up for Pine az and then after about 30 mins it goes back to east coast weather. The clock time flip for the min gets stuck between 3 and 4 but resets ok for 5. The eye candy on this rom is pretty cool but for the life of me with all the new selections I can't seem to find " make coffee " does everything else though....

Can you specify what version you got this working on ?

I am running Nov 9, 21864 and it does not work.

When I goto make the default server Sprint it is greyed out.
