Okay! I have finally fixed MMS on SPRINT WITHOUT disabling the Sense Messaging!
Here are idiot proof directions:
Install the Mr. X Provisioning Cab

Soft Reset.
Install
http://thewingster.com/Documents/MMS%20Fix%20(M2.1)%20(Sprint).cab
Soft Reset.
Go to the DEFAULT messaging App.
Easiest way is to open your EMAIL inbox, navigate to the SMS/MMS folder and go to inbox.
From there select Options > MMS Settings.
Change the default server to Sprint. DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS!
Soft Reset.
Viola.
Here is how to send a message:
Go Back to the Default Messaging App. Go to New Message > New Picture Message.
Insert all your crap and send it. No errors, no issues, no problems.
To VIEW a message you also have to use the default messaging app, the Sense Manilla will tell you it is there however.
That is CONFIRMED AND DONE to work for SPRINT on THIS ROM without disabling Sense Messaging. And NO, you DO NOT, need Arcsoft Sprint Installed.
